Happy Thursday! I have a new card to share with you that features the very sweet Angel Ariel rubber stamp. It is back in stock so if you love it, I think you should nab it before it disappears again! I kept this card very simple so that the image would shine! It was such a lovely image to color. I love all the folds in her dress as well as all the layers in her hair.
I stamped the image onto Neenah Solar White Smooth Cardstock using Memento Tuxedo Black ink. This is my preferred combo when I am coloring with Copic Markers (I have listed the Copic Markers that I used below). Once the image was colored, I added some background color using light grey and light yellow prismacolor pencils. This gave a nice soft effect to the card.
I created an A2 sized card-base using some bright red card-stock. I thought it went nicely with the deeper tones in her dress. I then cut the card-stock with my colored imaged to measure 4.0" x 5.25". This way I have a nice border with the card-base. I scattered a few sequins to fill in some of the empty space and stamped a small sentiment up in the left-hand corner. I then added some white high-lights onto the image using a white gel pen.
