Paper Masking ~ ROP Challenge

Good morning everyone! Here is a card I made for the ROP challenge which is to use paper masking on your project and to have a rose somewhere! It also should be a Valentine card. There is a little heart on the little one's dress and inside I have a Valentine sentiment. I will try to get a photo of this later on.
I used 4 different stamps and paper masked them to create this scene. I first saw this Alota wall stamp paired withe the Magnolia lantern on Claudia's blog so I must give her credit for the idea!

I stamped the images and then paper masked them in the following order: little girl, girl with muff, lantern, wall scene. I kept the some of the masks on and airbrushed the wall and then the background using my copic airbrush system. After all my coloring was done, I added stickles for the snow and accented using my white gel pen. To meet the "rose" requirement, I have added a little rose to the little girl's hat!

  • Stamps: WOJ, Alota, Magnolia
  • Ink: Memento
  • Paper: Chocolate Chip, DP My Mind's Eye
  • Coloring: Copic Markers
  • Embellies: SU! Brad, Ribbon, Pretties Kit
    • Hope you like! It took a little time to do but I enjoyed every step of the process. Very relaxing! Have a great day.
