Happy Thursday! There is a new release over at Whimsy Stamps and it is AMAZING! I had so much fun creating Halloween and Christmas card projects! This is truly my favorite time of the year!
First up is this card that I created with the new Got Peepers Clear Stamp Set. I have colored up 3 of the main images but there are even more that are included in the set!
I used the Wavy Nested Frames Die set to cut out a frame with some black cardstock. I splattered some white acrylic paint over top to add some spookiness! The cardstock behind that was colored with a few grey Zig Markers and then distressed with water.
The sentiment was created by first white heat embossing the Goth Skulls Background stamp onto black cardstock and then die cutting that with the Bold ABC Die set. I was really happy with how that turned out!
I also changed up the paper that I used to for the colored images. I tried out the Copic X-Pressit cardstock and was really suprised at how different the coloring looks with my Copic Markers. Definately was able to add more colors and blend away like crazy. I think I will be using it more often!
