Happy Tuesday and welcome to Day #3 of Whimsy’s 31 Nights of Halloween Blog Celbration! I am delighted to be joining in with this fabulous celebration. I have created a mini card using the Grim Reaper Clear stamp set! I also have a video sharing how I created this card from start to finish! You will find it below these photos!
I wanted to create a scene card with this figure and so I sized the fabulous Halloween Haunts digital paper to be the right size proportionally for the figure. I did a little clear embossing for the figure to make it stand out and then added some landscape for him to be floating over! To create some ghoulish, haunting eyes, I popped some tiny, clear adhesive gems onto his eyes. It adds dimension and makes him look extra creepy…..until you see his bright red, happy heart, that is!
A fun extra touch is to emboss not only a greeting but the same image used on the front of the card; on the inside of the card! Here I used some gold embossing powder!
