Happy Thursday! I have another little water scene to share with you today! This one took a little bit of time to create but I think the time put in was worth it in the end.
The part that took the longest for this card was creating the masks for all the images. I lay my stamps out on the card before starting so I had a good idea of placement as well as how many of each image I would be stamping. I also created some masks so that I could divide the card into sky, sea and sand. The background was sponged in and then I pulled off the masks and starting coloring!
To see how I create the background with sponging, you can watch this video –>HERE
The final touches were to add some white dots with a White Sharpie poster paint pen and to stamp the sentiment in Versamark Black Onyx ink.

Thanks for stopping by! I love sharing my Summer cards with you and yes, there are still more to come!

I love the overall design of the card. The masking was worth the effort. It looks so real and "happy" :) found the card on google search of this stamp set...it is a standout!
