A Thank You card

Happy Tuesday! I hope your day is off to a great start! I have been beavering away in my craft studio…..but a lot of the things I am working on are for future stamp releases so I can’t share them with you yet :(

This card however, I can share. I {heart} MFT but don’t always get the chance to play with their cute stamps. I had a fun time creating this card and I used their weekly sketch challenge as a guide for my card.

 

My favorite stamp line from MFT is the a la mode collection. This one is called Blue without you and comes with a variety of sentiments. I choose to use the “thank you”. The image was colored up with Copic Markers.

I tried to keep this card relatively simply and only used a tiny scrap of patterned paper (SU!). I used plain blue cardstock for the rest of the card and added some interest by running it through my Big Shot with a Sizzix embossing folder. I got this one from SU! but am not sure where else it is available. I also die-cut a star and some banners from more scrap paper to add to the card. A wee button, some twine and stickles complete my card :)

So, I am just barely able to enter this card as it is Tuesday but I am squeaking this in :)
