La-La Land Crafts ~ New Die Showcase

Happy Monday! Hope you had a wonderful week-end! We were kept busy with a wedding and a surprise b-day party and we all had a blast. This kids did a lot better than I did with a lot less sleep! LOL! They just bounced right back!

Today, the La-La Land Crafts Monday and Friday team are both showcasing our brand, new dies! They are (pun intended) to die for! LOL! I absolutely love the intricate and delicate nature of all these new dies!

For my card, I  the Travel Marci stamp and then the new Eiffel Tower Die & Filigree Corner Dies.

I used paper from Prima Marketing’s Meadow Lark Collection 6x6 paper stack. I love the soft, muted colors. Marci was colored with my Copic Markers to match the paper. I cut the Eiffel Tower from black cardstock and to soften it up a bit and add some texture, I spritzed it with Mr Huey’s White mist from Studio Calico. The Tim Holz clock and filigree corner were cut from white cardstock and spritzed with Mr Huey’s mist in Clay. All edges of the paper were distressed and then sponged with some dark brown ink. I added some thin lace from Stampin’ Up to finish off the card.
