Happy Saturday Everyone! I have a new card to show you featuring one of Sylvia Zet’s digital images. I {heart} her images. They are all so beautiful! As soon as I saw this image, I had to have it :) It was such a delight to color!
The stamp is named “Hopeful” and you can find it ~here~. I went with a light and spring-like color palette, pulling my colors from the papers I chose from PTI and Lily Bee. The roses are all from my stash and are a mish-mash from different companies. I like choosing ones that are different sizes and shapes. I think it makes it more interesting.
I used some blue silk May Arts ribbon and laid some white crochet over on top. Instead of matting the main focal image, I just paper-pierced around the edge and then lightly sponged with Antique Linen Distress Ink.
The image was colored with Copic Markers and I added the shadows with some Prisma-color pencils. To make this background look more delicate, I added some white dots with my Sharpie poster paint pen. I added some stickles over lantern glow, you can see the effect better in this picture below:
I found the Sketch over at Splitcoaststampers ~here~. Loved the way it was designed :)
Thanks for stopping by and have a fabulous rest of the week-end! Our little heat wave is over and it is back to being COLD again :(
Hugs Jeanette xxo
