La-La Crafts Friday Inspiration Card

Happy Friday! The weekend is upon us and I just don’t know where the week went!

Today I have my La-La Craft Friday Inspiration card to show you. La-La Land Crafts new Design Team is broken up into two groups: Monday & Friday. We will be bringing you new inspirations twice a week on a weekly basis, so be sure to tune in every Monday and Friday.

For this week, we are creating summer time fun for Marci and Luka.

My card today features sweet little Summer Luka. I colored him up with dark hair and wee bit of a sun tan. The clouds were sponged on with Tumbled Glass distress ink. The waves and the sun were cut out with my Silhouette SD. I sponged them very lightly to soften them up a little. The “smile” sentiment is from Verve Stamps.

It looked a little plain, so I added some Dew drops in assorted blue tones along the bottom and it added just the right amount of interest.
