I don’t have a card for you today but I thought I would post my Spring Banner Tutorial here on my blog. I already shared this on the Whiff of Joy Inspiration blog. At the end of this post you will see the link to go and enter my blog candy.
This was so much fun to make and I am happy that I will be able to use it from year to year.
I have made a short video for you to watch but first let’s look at some close-up shots!

Pennants were made with Silhouette but you can make your own: the larger pennant measures 7.7” x 5.5”, the smaller one is 6.75” x 4.75”, tabs are 0.34” x 2.0”.
