Today I have another card featuring Sweet ‘n Sassy’s Summer collection to show you. I have used the sketch from this week’s Sweet Stop Challenge. I am a big fan of strawberry ice-cream so for me, the perfect color for this scoop was pink! The fun thing with this image is that you could also stamp it out a few more times and cut out the “scoops” and layer them! I just stuck to one and after I colored it with copics I added stickles to it. Looks almost good enough to eat!
I tried to keep my card very simple. I had some left over glitter paper in my scrap drawer and I embossed the back vanilla panel with a swirls embossing folder. The sentiment is also by SNSS and I stamped that and then cut it out with my ribbons die. A little bit of ribbon and a cute little button were the last little touches!
- Stamps: Sweet n’ Sassy Summer Fun & Sentiment from Sweet Dreams Set
- Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black
- Paper: SU Kraft, Very Vanilla, Glitter paper from stash
- Coloring: Copic Markers
- Embellies: May Arts Sheer Ribbon, SU Button, Stickles
Sweet ‘n Sassy is having promos on the summer sets. They are perfect for the summer and can be mixed and matched endlessly!
Don’t forget to visit The Sweet Stop for more inspiration and maybe you can join in as well!
