Wish Big ~ Whiff of Joy Challenge

This week at WOJ there is a lovely sketch for us to use. I wanted to use this cute image because I knew he would fit the sketch well but also because I hadn't had the chance to use him yet. He reminds me of my older boys. They will never walk anywhere. They either use their bikes, roller blades or scooters!

I colored with OMS and Koh-i-norr woodless pencils and my prismacolors. The Koh-i-noor pencils are absolutely amazing. They are very vibrant and they blend like butter. Such a pleasure to work with. They come in a set of 24 so they only draw-back is that there are some missing shades (like flesh-tone) but I used my prismas for that.

I got the Koh-i-noor pencils, the OMS (gamsol equivalent) and the flourish punch from GinaK Designs. I have to tell you that she gives amazing service. Very efficient and everything was wrapped very carefully. Gina is really lovely. When I placed this order I was a little rushed and I forgot to add the blending stumps (I wanted the good ones from Taiwan). I e-mailed her and asked if she could add them to my package and invoice me the difference. She emailed me the next day saying that my package had already been shipped but that she had sent out the stumps separately and that they were on her! I can't get over it. So I just want to let you all know how super she is to do business with!
