Digi Bells April Blog Hop

Happy Friday! Welcome to the Digi Bells Blog Hop for April! I am happy to be part of this fun hop and to be sharing the newest release from Elisabeth Bell!

If you didn’t come here from Alethea’s blog, then head on over to the start of the hop over at the Digi Bells Blog.

In honor of Lissybee's Birthday month....we are featuring one of her adorable Angel stamps. This beauty was once released by Whiff of Joy. I'm so excited that she has been given a new life as a digi now.

Please Welcome **Birthday Muffin Angel** To the Elisabeth Bell Digital Collection

I have created a page for my Art Journal album. It measures 6x8” and I printed the image so that it would fill the page nicely. To create the background I sponged on various dye inks and then I sprayed some white Mr.Huey mist from Studio Calico all over it, focusing most of it on the upper part of the page. The speech bubble and the die-cut “happy” are both from Whimsy Stamps. I liked how they filled up that upper part of the page. The doily was also a die-cut but I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the company. Suffice to say I have had that die for a long, long time.

The image itself was colored up with copic markers. The only other addition the page was some sequins :)

The next stop on the hop is the lovely Linda’s Blog!

Happy Hopping!

Hugs Jeanette xxo

Jeanette, that's utterly gorgeous! I LOVE the way you colour the backgrounds, it always looks so enchanting and your colouring on this delish wee Angel is utterly perfect. I love the colours and the fabulous speech bubble die you've used across the top. A beautiful creation. Hugs, Wends x

I love the colors here on your page. fun way to use the speech bubble die, too! of course, any time I see a doily my heart soars a bit. they are one of my fave embellishments to use on projects. :)

This is fabulous!! I've never tried a 'bubble' for the words and I like how you did yours. The image is wonderful and your coloring is great. I love the colors and doilies will always be a fav of mine whether they are paper doilies or die cut ones. This one is so pretty and adds a nice touch to this card. Hugs, Gail
