A little this and that…..

Happy Saturday everyone! My blog posts have been scarce as I was on vacation directly after Christmas!

We hosted Christmas this year and it was A LOT of work that was WELL WORTH IT! It was so nice to have all our family with us and we had such a wonderful time.

On New Year’s Day, we left for a sunny, beach vacation in Turks & Caicos. It was absolutely glorious and being with the boys and hubby without the usual distraction of work, school and phones was the best idea EVER!

I also wanted to let you all know that I have cut down on the number of Design Teams that I am on for the moment. It was becoming a little busy trying to make all the various dead-lines and I wanted to change that up and try something a little different.

I want to start creating more video tutorials using products from a wide variety of companies. This way, I control my time and I won’t have to be stressed about missing dead-lines. Creating videos takes a lot of time and providing the supply lists also takes up quite a chunk of time.

In order to focus on more videos and to be able to still be able to provide content using new and/or older products of my choosing, I decided to join the Affiliate program with Simon Says Stamp. What does this mean?

I will be purchasing the majority of the products that I will be using. In order to make this possible, I will start using Affiliate links in my posts. This means that I will be creating product lists that link over to Simon Says Stamp. Anyone purchasing something through my link will enable me to make a tiny commission. This will be at no extra cost to you the consumer. You will pay the same price whether or not you use my link….the difference is that if you use my link, I will get a small commission that will help me offset the cost of the products that I use in my tutorials.

I will be adding this Disclosure to one of the tabs at the top of my blog page.  This is not something new in the blogging community. I just wanted to be up-front and explain the changes. I hope you will support me in this change of direction. I hope that it will give my blog readers more of what you have been asking for……more videos, more new products, more variety!

Thanks for stopping by. New posts are scheduled for the coming week and the first one will be tomorrow!
Hugs Jeanette xxo
