Week#158 Sponsored by MFT Stamps

Happy Saturday and thanks for swinging by today! As it is the first Saturday of the month, Jo is taking a well deserved rest and I am hosting the Sketch Saturday challenge! I hope you will be have fun playing with the sketch I created for all of us to play along with!

It is my pleasure to introduce our Guest Designer for the month of June. I am delighted to welcome Louise from Louise’s Scrapperie. You probable already know her beautiful work!

I am also super excited to announce that our sponsor this month is My Favorite Things Stamps! I am a HUGE fan of their stamps and dies. I want to send out a huge “thank-you” to Kim for being such a sweetie and sponsoring my week! She is such a sweetheart!

MFT will be giving away this gift voucher!

I used one of the MFT à la modes stamps. I am seriously addicted to this line of cuties and you’ll be seeing more on my blog in the weeks to come! This one is called All Star. She was a piece of cake to color up with my copic markers. I added some blue shading around her and stamped the sides with my new Stemplegelde corner stamp. These are two things that I often see my friend Inge doing on her cards and I totally {heart} this effect so I decided to give it a try.

The sentiment is one of a few that come with the image and I just used my corner rounder around the edges and lightly sponged it to soften it up. The flowers and leaves were all made with felt using MFT dies. These are so much fun to make. I love making my own embellishments!

Just click on the pictures, they are linked right to the products!

Here is the sketch. Have fun and I can’t wait to see all of your creations! You can enter at the Sketch Saturday Challenge blog!

Thanks for stopping by! Have a great day.
