Whiff of Joy and Wags ‘n Whiskers DT Cards

Happy Thursday! I have another double post today! So many new stamps are being released. I am in Stamper’s paradise.

My first card uses a stamp from Whiff of Joy’s new “Get Well” release and I used the new sketch from the Whiff of Joy challenge.

I love this sweet image and I have used her in combination with this sweet sentiment that is also part of the new release to create a little card that I am going to send to a friend that hasn’t been feeling too well lately. I think that this image could also easily be used for a recipe or cooking themed project as well.

My second card for today is a sneak peek of the Wags ‘n Whiskers new release. I really love the style of these new stamps and they are so much fun to color. I had to color the ice cream pink because my favorite flavour is strawberry. Mmmmmm. I paired it up with some new DP that I bought from My Mind’s Eye. I know I should really stop buying paper and I had been so good but I couldn’t resist this line! I also followed Beate’s tutorial (you can view it here) and made this tissue paper flower. OMGosh! It is super easy. I airbrushed it with my Copic ABS so that it would be a perfect match. I am entering this in A Spoonful of Sugar’s Challenge which is “Furry Friends”
