Circle Flip Up Book ~ Whiff of Joy

Happy Thursday! Today I want to show you a sweet little project that I made to send to a special friend. It is a Circle Flip Up Book and it is based on one that I found on Split-coasters.  I created a video tutorial to show you how to make one of your own.
