Happy Bunny

Happy Monday Afternoon to you my friends. I wanted to share this card with you today. I made it back in June if you can believe it and the photos have been sitting patiently in my computer waiting to be edited so that I could share them with you!

I love to mix ‘n match products from different companies. I think it really stretches out how much you use a certain product and makes you feel like it was worth the investment. In this case, I have used some products from My Favorite Things as well as some from Lawn Fawn! The card came together almost on its own and I am quite please with how it turned out.

I had been itching to use the new rainbow die set and thought that this cute little bunny from MFT’s Snuggle Bunny stamp set would look so sweet hopping on a cloud up in the sky with the rainbow. I even colored his wee sweater in a rainbow hue.

The bunny was colored with various copic markers and I did fussy cut him instead of using the coordinating dies because in this instance, I really did not want to have a white border around him. The cloud was die-cut and then sponged with some Tumbled Glass distress ink.

For the back panel, I used some old patterned paper, adhered some Stick It, then Fun foam and then die cut it using Lawn Fawn’s Stitched Rectangle set. For the rainbow, I first die cut it using different cardstock, adhered it to some foam using Stick it and then cut the rainbow to measure the correct size. With the remaining piece, I die cut the word Happy using Lawn Fawn’s Finley’s ABC. Then I adhered everything to the card base using my ATG glue gun and my Zig Glue Pen.

Here is the supply list for you:

Thanks for stopping by my little blog today. I hope my card made up smile.
Hugs Jeanette xxo
