You’re So Sweet

Happy Wednesday and Happy June!  I have a sweet card to share with you today that featured the Adorable Elephants set from My Favorite Things. I LOVE this set and have used it in so many ways already!

I stamped the two elephants with Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto Neenah cardstock. I colored them up with Copic Markers (listed in the supplies) and then die-cut them out with my Big Shot. Those dies sure make it a lot easier and quicker to get things done!

The card-base was made with Neenah cardstock. I just cut the paper in half width-wise and then scored and folded it at 4.25”. For the panel, I cut some Canson water-color paper to measure 4.0 x 5.25” and then sponged it with three colors of distress ink. I then “distressed” it even more by dropping some water over top and then pressing a clean piece of paper towel over top to lift off the ink and water. I added Fun Foam to the back of the panel with some Stick It and then cut the panel using the awesome Storybook die by Pretty Pink Posh. Love this! I adhered the elephants using some Foam Tape and Glue dots and stamped the sentiment using Versafine Onyx Black ink.

I am entering this card in the new Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge which has the theme of Anything Goes!
