Happy Monday! A brand new week and I think I am getting back to my routine :) I have a sweet card to share with you today that would work really well as a Valentine card but also just a general happy, positive card for any occasion!
I used a pretty old Whiff of Joy stamp but there are still a few available over at Stamp and Create if you want to snag it. This is really one of my favorite all-time images :) The stamp is called Lizzie. There are few more older ones in the store and you can find them –>here.

This is a no-bulk shaker card. It seems that this is a pretty popular type of card to make lately. I sandwiched vellum between the patterned paper (old Basic Grey Eskimo Kisses) and the cardstock frame. In between I added some confetti that I made using my hole puncher and some colored card-stock. Easy and extremely thrifty :) Then, I stamped some red hearts right on top of the vellum for extra interest.
