Liberty Tilda and more at Stamp & Create

Happy Monday my lovelies! We have another glorious, hot Summer day here in Montreal! We do have severe thundershower warnings though and I am praying we won’t get hail like we did the last 2 times. My poor garden :(

My card for today features one of  Magnolia's Special Stamps; Libery Tilda that is now available at Stamp & Create. I am really happy that Magnolia does release these exclusive images for everyone…..they are always the ones that I fall extra hard for! LOL!

I decided to make a gate fold card with a band that keeps it closed. I chose to use K& Co paper because the color tones were exactly what I had in mind when I was coloring this image up. Both the  image and background were colored with Distress Ink markers.  I takes me a lot longer to water-color than it does to use my Copics but I really love the softness that you can achieve.

I added Prima Mini Roses, Kaiser Craft Cocunut Mini blooms, and Seabreeze Blooms to the edges of the focal panel. As well as some crochet ribbon and cheesecloth. I love the layers and textures! I also added some bling to the corners.
