Here is my entry for this weeks Friday Sketchers Challenge. I was worried that my blog problem would not be resolved before Friday and that I wouldn't get a chance to submit. I chose an Edwin stamp (my boys have been complaining that I am only doing little girl cards) and colored him with my new copics. The fact that this was a sketch I was following and that I wanted to make it as "boy-friendly" as possible was a real challenge for me. No pinks or purples to be seen. There are flowers but I made them with my SU! punches with the very boy-friendly paper from Basic Grey. In the end, I am quite pleased with it and I was told "Now that is a great card..can I have it?"
Recipe:
Stamps: Magnolia Edwin from Sea & Summer
Inks: Brillance Graphite black
Paper: SU! River Rock (base) Basic Grey Archaic
Embellies: From my scrapbooking stash ...no idea of what brand, SU! brads
Thanks for looking!
